Beppin (Beppin is an old Japanese word that means beauty) is associated with the image of Aura Tachibana, such as "glamour","mystery","scent" and "eternity" was the concept.

Carefully selected Koshihikari rice delivered directly from contracted farmers.

Faq and answers

Can you accommodate allergies?
A
At Aura Tachibana, we do not accommodate food allergies, foods that are difficult to eat, or foods that are religiously or culturally taboo for the following reasons.

-We do not have the space to handle allergens, and various ingredients are prepared in the same kitchen, so contamination cannot be ruled out.
-There is no nutritionist who can deal with food allergies.・The inability to completely separate contact between allergenic ingredients and general ingredients.
-Not being able to verify all ingredients including seasonings and processed foods.
-We do not create an allergy list.

Our cuisine is creative Japanese cuisine (Beppin cuisine) prepared with great care. We believe that it is best to serve food according to the menu as much as possible. Regarding meals, we will prepare them according to the menu.

All meals are served in the dining room. In order for guests to enjoy freshly prepared food while keeping hot items hot and cold items cold, our hotel serves them in the dining room.

Can I change the menu on the day?

We cannot accept changes on the day.
We prepare ingredients in the kitchen according to the number of guests and stock status on the day of your stay.

How often does the food menu change?
A
Over a period of about a month and a half, we change the dishes to use seasonal ingredients at that time.
